• Orders can take up to 1- 4 working days to be delivered. However, we do begin processing your order as soon as it is received and in many cases, orders are sent within a few days.

We are so confident that your pooches will love our treats. Because our treats are perishable items, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

We adhere to the strictest regulations when it comes to our quality of our product that care should be given to ensure the treats are sealed in air tight containers or in our packaging to avoid treats from spoiling.
