- Content that's real, relatable, and dog-focused, follower count is not the only factor
- Aligned with our values: human-grade ingredients, dog health, and happy pups
Ambassador terms and conditions
- Product gifting. As a Mimi & Munch Ambassador, you will receive free product from time to time in exchange for content creation. No cash payment is made unless separately agreed in writing.
- Discount code. Each ambassador will receive a unique personal discount code to use on their own orders and to share with their audience. The discount value and any applicable conditions (minimum spend, expiry, excluded products) will be communicated at the time the code is issued. Mimi & Munch reserves the right to modify or deactivate a discount code at any time, with notice given where possible. Codes are for personal and community sharing only and must not be sold, listed on coupon or cashback websites, or used for commercial resale purposes.
- Content requirements. In exchange for receiving free product, you agree to create and publish a minimum of one (1) piece of content per product received, featuring the gifted products in an honest and authentic way. Must start publishing content within 14 days of receiving the product unless otherwise agreed. Where you share your discount code, we encourage you to include it naturally within your content.
- Content licence — social media use. By participating in the Mimi & Munch Ambassador Program, you grant Mimi & Munch (Mimi & Munch Au Pty Ltd) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to repost, reshare, and feature your content on Mimi & Munch's owned social media accounts (including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest), with credit given to your account where possible.
- Content licence — paid advertising. You also grant Mimi & Munch permission to use your content in paid social media advertising campaigns (including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads). If you do not wish your content to be used in
paid ads, you can opt out by letting us know in writing.
- Ownership. You retain ownership of your content at all times. The licence granted above does not transfer copyright or restrict your ability to use the content for your own purposes.
- No exclusivity. This agreement is non-exclusive. You are free to work with other brands unless otherwise agreed.
- Quality and brand alignment. Content should reflect positively on the Mimi & Munch brand and must not include offensive, misleading, or harmful material. We reserve the right to ask you to remove content that does not align with our brand values.
- No guarantee of ongoing product. Participation in the program does not guarantee ongoing or regular product gifting. Product sends are at the discretion of Mimi & Munch and subject to availability.
- Termination. Either party may end the ambassador relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any active discount code will be deactivated. Licences granted prior to termination remain in effect for content already created.
