A: Mimi & Munch treats and cakes are wheat free, human grade and are made with the finest and freshest ingredients.

Our dog treats are made without artificial colours, preservatives and additives.

Our ingredients provide beneficial factors such as aiding in shinier coats, fresher breath, and healthy eyes and are gentle on tummies.

Each treat is pressed out by hand and made with so much love, passion and care

A: Mimi & Munch treats and cakes are made without any preservatives and should be treated like a baked good for human consumption.

Most of our treats last 6-12 months if kept in a sealed bag, in a cupboard or in an air tight container and out of direct sunlight.

Our cakes should be refrigerated and gobbled up within 3-4 days after purchase. They can be frozen for up to three months as well.

A: We are so confident that your pooches will love our treats. Because our treats are perishable items, we don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

We adhere to the strictest regulations when it comes to our quality of our product that care should be given to ensure the treats are sealed in air tight containers or in our packaging to avoid treats from spoiling.

Our cakes are custom made for you and therefore require 48-hour cancellation. We are not able to refund orders that have not been picked up or cancelled late. We are not liable for damage occurred through wrong handling. Our non-perishable items can be exchanged or returned if they have been unused and in the same condition as you received them.
